Working closely with John Cauchi, Strategic Development Director, and the Senior Leadership Team, we were engaged to review and develop the UK Marketing Strategy, Team, Budget and Culture whilst creating plans to improve the effectiveness and Brand Awareness of the Bilginer UK Proposition since the Merger with Bilfinger Salamis in January 2022.
