Danny is an experienced and commercially aware Sales and Marketing professional with a passion for working with people.

He has a strong background in Sales with 10 years of experience covering a variety of customer service, inbound and outbound telesales, new business development, national account management and field based strategic sales roles predominantly in the equipment rental industry.

The duration of his career was spent at Hewden, a National Equipment Rental business where his last role was in Product Management in the Marketing Department.

Prior to founding Next Level, he successfully built and ran a small Design and Digital Marketing Agency based in Manchester throughout the majority of 2017 before deciding to progress his career in to the Consultancy Sector to work directly with clients on the creation and implementation of their Sales and Marketing Strategies.

Amber is an experienced Event Manager as well as the Founder and Director of Amber and Aster Ltd. Based in Manchester, she's a proud Northerner who has over a decade of experience in organising events and recruiting for some of the world's most well-known brands, agencies and charities across the UK. A firm believer that your network is your "net worth", Amber has built her career through the connections she has made and continues to build meaningful relationships through the power of events.

With experience in delivering a range of events and a strong Networker, Amber joins us in the role of Associate Director – Events to support the development and delivery of Next Level Networking UK across the UK, as well as provide Events Consultancy to additional Clients too.
