Founder & Managing Director

Danny Williams

Danny is an experienced and commercially aware Sales and Marketing professional with a passion for working with people.

Danny is an experienced and commercially aware Sales and Marketing professional with a passion for working with people.

He has a strong background in Sales with 10 years of experience covering a variety of customer service, inbound and outbound telesales, new business development, national account management and field based strategic sales roles predominantly in the equipment rental industry.

The duration of his career was spent at Hewden, a National Equipment Rental business where his last role was in Product Management in the Marketing Department.

Prior to founding Next Level, he successfully built and ran a small Design and Digital Marketing Agency based in Manchester throughout the majority of 2017 before deciding to progress his career in to the Consultancy Sector to work directly with clients on the creation and implementation of their Sales and Marketing Strategies.

Commercial and Partnerships Manager

Harry Panter

Harry is an innovator with a passion for developing business partnerships and introducing technology to drive efficiencies.

After joining NLC as an Associate Consultant for 3 months in April 2021, Harry recently graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA Economics & Politics (Honours) Degree and joined us Full Time in July 2021. With a keen interest in Technology, Harry also founded a Prop Tech Business, which has strong synergy for his role as Commercial and Partnerships Manager as well as being the Tech Lead for the Next Level Networking Mobile App.

Harry is now responsible for the onboarding and management of Commercial Partnerships as well as the Community aspect of Next Level Networking across the UK including Membership, Sponsorships and Partnerships.

Commercial Director

Scott Christie

Scott brings a unique perspective from his 18 years in the Equipment Hire Industry. Trackman to Director, and workshop to finance, his passion for reducing waste, simplifying processes and increasing efficiency is ever present.

Scott brings a unique perspective from his 18 years in the Equipment Hire Industry. Trackman to Director, and workshop to finance, his passion for reducing waste, simplifying processes and increasing efficiency is ever present.

His experience and skills enable him to work with clients to make sense of, and profit from, the huge quantities of data they produce.

Before leaving Vp to focus on helping SMEs within the Equipment Hire Industry, he was responsible for their Asset Management team exceeding the maintenance compliance SLAs of Network Rail’s assets.

He also rationalised Torrent Trackside’s fleet, decreasing the age profile, depreciation cost and quantity of assets owned whilst increasing utilisation and improved the ROI on ambitious targets.

Scott joining the UK’s Leading Consultancy for the Equipment Hire Industry, as an Associate Director and progressed to Commercial Director, which will enable the alignment of Sales, Marketing and Product Management Strategies for our clients whilst delivering more value and ultimately enabling efficient and profitable growth.

Garry Gormley (FISM)

Garry has a huge amount of knowledge and experience when it comes to Sales, Coaching and Training. As we develop the Training Proposition for NLC, Garry will be working to develop our Workshops and some additional Networking Groups.
