We’re pleased to be hosting our Launch Event for the newly developed, First Level Networking UK Group. This Group is a new dedicated Group for current Students, Post Graduates and Young Professionals from 18 up to the age of 24 years old and will deliver a range of Networking and Social Events, that will not only support Students by introducing them to Professional Networking before they enter the Business Community but will also aim support by:
Access | Providing access to experienced Entrepreneurs and Brands, as well as future Employers within the Next Level Networking UK Community for future opportunities.
Build | Meet other Students, as well as build relationships with those who have recently graduated and Young Professionals already working, to share your experiences. Build your Confidence, Connections and Career prospects.
Connect | Provide opportunities to join high quality events, with your peers, at great venues across Manchester. You will also be able to Connect and engage with Support Organisations.
As a Networking Organisation that operates across the UK, we have hosted events in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and London for Business Owners and Leaders, with 4 Sector Groups now also available from Q2 2025.
Our NLN UK Mission:
To better connect Business Owners and Leaders together, in a relaxed environment, and to build meaningful relationships that support business growth across Manchester and the North West Region.
In addition, through connecting Students and Young Professionals together, we also want to shape the way that Networking is seen before entering the Business Community.

Students and Young Professionals: First Level Networking UK Events are exclusive and limited events that are open to 18 – 24 year olds and the following:
- University Students
- Post Graduates
- Business Owners and Freelance Professionals
- Young Professionals
Be Social – It’s great to meet new people and you will have the opportunity to connect with those in attendance.
How will you benefit from participating?
As part of Event, you will have the following included by attending the event:
- A Welcome Cocktail, Bottle of Beer or a Soft Drink,
- Non-Alcoholic Options as well as Soft Drinks are also available.
- Delicious Pizzas will be supplied throughout the event by Holy Slice, with Vegetarian Options too.
- Pure networking opportunities with like-minded Students and Young Professionals from across Greater Manchester.
- Hear from our Founder, Danny Williams and Manchester Chair, Ollie Sidaway.
- We will plant 2 Trees per person, as part of our ongoing Partnership with our Sustainability Partner and our Mission to be the UK’s most Sustainable Networking Organisation.
- Unwind and connect with some social interaction and relaxed conversation!
- Inclusion in Social Media posts after the event to build your connections further.
- Inclusion in an Exclusive LinkedIn and Facebook Groups. This will ensure you can connect with others in the First Level Community, not just those who attend this particular event.
Please note that this is a Student and Young Professional Event and only those from 18 – 24 years old are able to attend. This will be checked on the door and you may not be eligible for a Refund if you book a ticket but are not eligible.
