Founder & Managing Director

Danny Williams

Danny is an experienced and commercially aware Sales and Marketing professional with a passion for working with people.

Danny is an experienced and commercially aware Sales and Marketing professional with a passion for working with people.

He has a strong background in Sales with 10 years of experience covering a variety of customer service, inbound and outbound telesales, new business development, national account management and field based strategic sales roles predominantly in the equipment rental industry.

The duration of his career was spent at Hewden, a National Equipment Rental business where his last role was in Product Management in the Marketing Department.

Prior to founding Next Level, he successfully built and ran a small Design and Digital Marketing Agency based in Manchester throughout the majority of 2017 before deciding to progress his career in to the Consultancy Sector to work directly with clients on the creation and implementation of their Sales and Marketing Strategies.

René Power is an accomplished and qualified marketing consultant, trainer and speaker, known for quickly diagnosing challenges and offering real world marketing solutions.

He brings 30 years of industrial B2B marketing expertise to Next Level clients, training programmes and events from working in and with manufacturing and professional service organisations looking to achieve growth through marketing.

René has collaborated with some of the world’s leading brands, including AstraZeneca, BP, Tyco, Pentair and Rolls Royce as well as UK giants Kingspan, Croda, and SIG as well as smaller B2B SMEs, delivering transformative marketing strategies tailored to diverse national and international markets.

His areas of specialty include marketing strategy, brand development, switch marketing and putting in place winning content strategies that improve brand presence and drive enquiries.

Throughout her career, Phoebe has delivered a diverse range of events, from intimate private dinners to large-scale experiential activations. She has a passion for bringing corporate visions to life, working closely with clients to translate ideas and brand objectives into engaging, memorable experiences.

Phoebe has planned and delivered events for a broad mix of corporate clients across industries including law, finance, construction, media and sport. Known for her creativity, attention to detail and ability to understand each client’s unique goals, she enjoys developing concepts and executing events that not only reflect a brand’s identity but also leave a lasting impact on guests.
