Happy Friday! We’re finishing August on a high as we hope you are too. In a month that traditionally is a quieter month for most, with lots taking the time to get a holiday in whilst the children are off school, it’s been another busy month for us.
As if having a Bank Holiday weekend hasn’t been good enough, we are really pleased to have had our third consecutive record-breaking month at Next Level Consultancy. This means September will be a tough month to beat but we are up for the challenge and it would be great to do that in the last month of our financial year.
So, what have we been up to this month?
We have had a strong Q3 2018 with another client joining us, Foster Crane & Equipment Ltd.
Foster Cranes, based in Kidderminster, has the largest stock of used mobile cranes in the UK and work with Crane Hire Companies, and direct customers, across the UK to source the right crane for their fleet.
In addition to this, they are also the UK Dealer for all Hoeflon products including the compact crane range, carrier and accessories.
We will be working with Andrew Foster, Managing Director, and Lee Godfrey, Sales Manager, over the next 9 months in the role of Sales and Marketing Director as we develop and drive these products in the UK market.
Travel across Greater Manchester has been a huge topic over recent months and it’s about to get worse before it can get better. Drivers are being advised to plan ahead and get ready for major roadworks on key routes into and out of Manchester city centre.
On Wednesday 29 August, Manchester and Salford City Councils have started major improvement work on key junctions on and around Regent Road, Trinity Way and A57 Mancunian Way.
The £15 million Manchester and Salford Inner Relief Route improvement scheme (MSIRR) is being delivered by Manchester and Salford City Councils with funding from the Government’s Local Growth Fund.

Hosted at the Holiday Inn Bolton, this A4B event was a great start to the month. After hearing more about Apprenticeships from the Sponsor of the event, our Managing Director was asked to do a brief interview on the perception of Apprenticeships as an SME and how he felt they could benefit businesses.
A grey but great start to the day at A4B Manchester networking event held at the usual venue in Cloud 23 Bar at the Hilton Hotel. We were fortunate enough to have had the opportunity for a ‘60 Second Pitch’ as well as being asked to complete an interview for Greater Manchester Chamber on why we attend the A4B events and what we get out of the event, the video is below:
