Guest Speaker Bio:
Marion is an Executive with over 20 years of experience in digital – both start ups and global leaders. She spent 7 years at Google, which she joined in 2003, and helped expand across Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. She has also worked for disruptive companies such as Eventbrite, and in extremely regulated industries such as i-gaming. As a C-Level Executive since 2012, and having spent years as part of management teams, Marion has gained a solid understanding of what it means to be a leader, including challenges and opportunities.
Marion has been coaching executives around the world since 2015. She is now dedicating most of her time to coaching leaders and entrepreneurs of companies that are going through a time of change. The impact of her approach is transformational: Stronger leadership, clearer communication, ambitious goal setting, increased confidence, fast growth and improved efficiency and agility.
Marion also contributes to several business publications and is a Non-Executive Director.
