We’re pleased to be launching events our latest Sector Group, that is available to all current serving Hospitality Professionals across the UK. We will be hosting Networking and Social Events in Manchester City Centre and Central London initially, launching in April 2025.
As we work closely with a huge amount of Hospitality Venues and Professionals, hosting our events within the Sector across the UK, we wanted to combine our deep understanding of the essential factors that contribute to building a Community and we are honoured to do so for this incredible Sector as we look forward to hosting high quality events. 🔑
This Next Level Networking UK – Hospitality Sector Group Launch Event will create community connections in the Hospitality Sector and across Manchester and the North West!
We are excited to bring to you, ‘The Secret Ingredients’ Series, as we hear from Founders and Leaders within the Industry on their journey as well as real, honest opinions on some elements within Hospitality as well as sharing Best Practice.
As a Networking Organisation that operates across the UK, we have hosted events in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and London for Business Owners and Leaders, with 4 Sector Groups now also available from Q2 2025.
Our NLN UK Mission:
To better connect Business Owners and Leaders together, in a relaxed environment, and to build meaningful relationships that support business growth across Manchester and the North West Region.
In addition, through connecting Hospitality Professionals we are working to build meaningful relationships and Referral Partnerships within the Sector.

Hospitality Professionals: Next Level Networking Events are exclusive and limited events that are open to the following in your organisation and Sector:
- CEO’s and MD’s
- Director and Board Level Execs
- Heads of Department and Senior Management
- Sales, Marketing and Events Professionals
- Operational Staff at all levels (from Bartender to Director)
Be Social – It’s great to meet new people and you will have the opportunity to connect with those in attendance.

Please note that this is a Sector Event and only those operating within the Hospitality Sector can book an Industry Ticket. If you are a Supplier to the Industry, you must book a Supplier Ticket, which are limited and on a first book basis. (Suppliers are anyone not from a Venue/ Operator such as Drinks Brands, Tech etc). This will be checked and you may not be eligible for a Refund if you book the incorrect ticket.

Our Guest Speaker
Jonny Heyes | Co-Founder of Common & Co / Nell’s
Jonny Heyes is the Co-Founder of long running Manchester hospitality operator, Common & Co; comprising Common, Port Street Beer House, The Beagle and Nell’s Pizza. Jonny is passionate about pizza, working to create a high quality product from simple ingredients, locally sourced where possible.
Launching the Nell’s brand in the depths of the pandemic, the team pivoted to create a food offering which was easy to deliver with minimal wastage – which has since taken on a life of its own with two standalone sites and a third on the way. Jonny also built the incredibly popular beer festival Indy Man Beer Con, running the event for 10 years before closing out on a high in 2023.
He and Co-Founder Charlotte Heyes have been listed on the “NRB T100 List’ of power operators in the North of England and Nell’s was nominated for both an R200 and a MCA award in recent years.
